Account Settings
If you want to buy or sell items you need to set up your profile completely. For buying and selling we need your full name and address aswell as your email adress. Law requires us to make sure that we know where our users come from so that's why you have to state all the detailed informations.

General Settings

Username
Choose a strong and short username. Offensive language is not allowed. Special characters do not work for usernames.
Input the email you want to sell items with and are always reachable. Disposal emails will not work and can result in your account getting banned.
First Name
Input your real first name or the person of company who is responsible for operating the account at Roqstar.
Last Name
Input your real last name or the person of company who is responsible for operating the account at Roqstar.
Country
State the country you live and operate your selling activities or operating your business from. This is important because taxes may apply when selling. Roqstar itself does not charge any taxes as Roqstar only provides the software tools for you to sell your items. To help you with taxes like VAT we display these taxes on your sales statistics but we never deduct any taxes as this is up to you and your business.
Company Name
Enter the name of your company or brand label. If you don't have a company name you can simply leave this field blank as it's not mandatory.
Gender
Choose male or female.
Terms
In order to use our services you need to agree to our terms and tick the checkbox.

Address Details

Password
Choose a strong and secure password that you remember well. If you want to change your password you need to input your current password first. In case you forgot your password, then you can reset it from the Registration and Login page.

Payment Options
To sell items receive payments you need to set your payment options. To set this correctly is very important as otherwise buyers can not buy your items and send you money. Right now we offer Paypal and Stripe payment options.
Paypal
Enter the email of your Paypal account. Make sure your primary currency in your account is USD. You can now receive payments with Paypal. We might offer other primary currencies in future.
Stripe
Connect your Stripe account with Roqstar. Click the "Connect" button and then login into Stripe and connect your Stripe account with Roqstar. You can now receive payments with Stripe.

Privacy Settings
In your privacy settings you can define what email notifications you want to receive. You can also set your online visibility status.
{success} A PRO label means that this feature is only available for certain paid plans. If you want to unlock this feature you might want to consider upgrading your plan.
Visibility
Online Status: When your online a green dot next to your profile avatar appears so others can see when your online. If you don't want to display this your status you can turn it off.
Email notifications
Followers: Turn on/off the email notification whenever you get a new follower.
Subscriber: Turn on/off the email notification whenever you get a new subscriber.
Release: Turn on/off the email notification whenever an item is approved / declined.
Sale: Turn on/off the email notification whenever your item is sold.
Inbox: Turn on/off the email notification whenever your item is sold.
Comments: Turn on/off the email notification whenever your item is sold.
Reviews: Turn on/off the email notification whenever one of your items got a new review.
Affiliate: Turn on/off the email notification whenever your item is sold.
