Account subscriptions
In order to use the selling services you need to be subscribed to a monthly or yearly subscription plan. You can start with a free subscription plan and once you make money you can upgrade to a paid subscription plan. Free subscription plans are not always available in all countries.
We offer these three subscriptions. Choose your subscriptions and activate it. All plans are instantly activated. You don't need a credit card for the free plan. For paid plans you need to add a credit card so we can bill the subscriptions to your account.

Activating / pausing subscriptions
We offer monthly and yearly subscriptions. A subscription is activated from the moment you click activate. Monthly subscription renew every 30 days automatically. You have the option to "pause" a subscription from the next month on.
This means if you are at day 29 of your monthly subscription you can pause it for the next month. Make sure you switch or pause before the payment cycle (30 days) ends. Whenever you pause it all your items will become delisted and are no longer for sale. After a certain grace period you will be reminded that your items will be deleted in case you don't renew your subscription. This helps us to protect us from sellers who set up many items and then pause their subscriptions for months or years. It would cost us a lot to host all the unused files without actually selling them.
The same applies for yearly subscriptions. Yearly subscriptions renew every year (365 days) automatically. Let's say you are on day 364 and want to pause your subscription or switch to a monthly subscription. You can still do this. Just make sure you always switch before the payment cycle, in this case 365 days, ends.

Subscription Billing
Under "Subscriptions & Billing" you can find all payment transactions you made. You can see when your account has been charged with a monthly or yearly subscription fee. So you always have a very transparent list of what's happening in your account.
This list also displays you all the purchases and promotions you bought. Simply use filter tool to filter the purchases you made to only display the bills you want.
