Item submisson process
Whenever you uploaded a new item you need to submit it for review. After we checked the item and have approved it successfully it will appear in the marketplace.
We do this to make sure no inappropriate content gets on to the marketplace aswell as to keep a certain quality for users of the platform.

How does it work?
After you completed the upload of your item you can click "Submit for review". This will submit your item and mark it for us as an item that wants to be released on the marketplace.
When you save the item without submitting it then it only will set to "Draft" mode. It means that you still wish to edit the item. We do not release items in "Draft" mode, so it's important to always click "Submit for review" if you want to release your item.

Item status
You can always see the item status under your item.
Draft: You still want to edit your item. Item is not live.
Under Review: Your item will be reviewed and released or declined.
Live: Your item was approved and is live in the marketplace and for sale.
Declined: Your item needs adjustments. You get hints/notes what to adjust.
{primary} You can always see the status of your item in your item list.
If you edit an existing item that is "Live" and submit it for review it will create a new "version " of this item.
This means that your live item (which was approved before) stays live. We only will review the changes of the new version you submitted and will approve the "Update" of the item again. This way we make sure your item is always live for sale without interruption.
For item updates we show additional statuses.
Update Draft: You still want to edit your item update. Item update is not live.
Update under review: Your item update will be reviewed and released or declined.
Updated: Your latest item update was approved and is live.
